DINNING or TAPAS: Both options. The menu is short, but everything is delicious. How good it is when both things are on the same level, with tasty dishes and quality products. There is a very interesting pairing option of 4 or 6 wines with their respective tapas “A Liquid Journey”.

CURIOSITIES: Diego González and Laura Rodríguez are sommeliers by profession and heart. True wine lovers, their professional careers crossed at Ambivium* restaurant and from there, they ventured to open THEIR OWN wine site in Burgosc city. Tiempos Líquidos is a different place than the usual ones in this Castilian traditional city, perfect for those “crazy wine people”and to anyone who wants to soak up the wisdom and experience of their hosts. The kindness and professionalism of this couple has no limits, they literally make you feel like you are in your living room with your wine friends. A few bottles of each reference but a lot of variety, that is its key point.
