DESCRIPTION: “From the beginning we have wanted to be a reference where to find the best wines. We try, the offer is constantly changing, offering products from new vineyards, new vintages and appellations, with special emphasis on the different regions of Spain, Burgundy and Champagne. And any bottle from our cellar is available for consumption at the bar. Traditional Spanish cuisine with the best seasonal product we can find, prepared in a simple way. In addition, all the dishes we offer daily can be taken both in the dining room and at our bar.”

CURIOSITIES: I had high expectations and was pleasantly surprised, especially in the bar area. Laredo is a tavern with 30 years of history, three brothers at the front and three areas: terrace, bar and dining room upstairs. All very good, simple quality food, good atmosphere, very attentive and friendly staff, and an extensive and enviable wine list with more than reasonable prices and with some references and vintages very difficult to find. Of course, book in advance if you want to have lunch or dinner in the restaurant, they are always full. The alternative, its large bar area with the same wines and their slates by the glass and many and varied portions. Very good Laredo, very good.
