DESCRIPTION: “We want to bring to your table a unique, exclusive and quality atmosphere in the heart of Madrid. We have our own organic garden and farm in Ávila. We believe in organic farming and biodynamics as respect for nature and the taste of food. At the heart of the kitchen is our Neapolitan wood-fired oven. An oven built ad-hoc by a family of artisans. We have a letter of introduction. A concept with which to change the rules of the game: torreznos with champagne“.
