DESCRIPTION: “Ganz Wine Bar arises with the clear idea of bringing wine to everyone who wants to approach it, and do it accompanied by a careful market cuisine in a cozy environment.

We believe that we have to push and grow the wine culture in our country, enjoying it from a more comfortable and casual position, but being aware that knowing and understanding wine makes the experience even better.

We select wines that come from honest producers who pamper their vineyards from the proximity, without the need to get purists with the different wine bureaucracies and trying to open the mind as well as the senses.”

CURIOSITIES: Open since 2021, it is becoming the place that every “winelover” has to visit. A cozy place with original wines and a family atmosphere. The idea of its young owner, Fernando, is to bring the stories behind each of the “honest producers” who make the wines served. Tastings are fun, friendly, open to everyone in a place where the world of wine is democratized, opening it to anyone who wants to browse. Brunch days are the “worst” days to enjoy wine, due to the hustle and bustle.
