The region bordering (to the east) with Burgundy, with whom they share varieties, and Switzerland (to the west), gets a very particular style with fresh and very versatile wines

For those who enjoy light and refreshing, elegant and fine reds and no fear for turbid wines 

100% Trousseau . 13.50% Alc. vol. Gravelly soils . Fermented for one year in used foudre (large barrels from 1500l) and amphora using whole clusters and natural yeasts . Like all the wines of this producer, no additives, no filtering or fining (hence its turbidity). A clear example of minimal (human) intervention

Very pale ruby color, through the bottle already noticeable . Roses, red licorice, cherries, white pepper and some leather on the nose . In the mouth idem, with a very well balanced high acidity, medium tannin, medium body . A light, elegant and very original wine, not to be forgotten

Anne et Jean-François Ganevat continue the winemaking tradition of their family since 1650, being the fourteenth generation . Focused on making wines following the principles of biodynamics, Jean has become one of the major references as far as these agricultural practices are concerned . The catalog of each vintage is very generous, wines with limited productions focused on small plots, soils and very specific varieties that squeeze the personality of the terroir and respect it to the fullest
