Viticulture and vinification
Coupage of selected (escolma) Galician red varieties: Brancellao, Caiño Longo, Caiño Redondo, and Ferrol . 13 % Vol. Alc. . 12 months in used French oak barrels and three years in the bottle . Production limited to 2,400 bottles (100 in magnum format) . Granite soils from vineyards between 10-20 years old
Tasting notes
Medium intensity ruby color . Floral, herbaceous nose, and toasted touch . On the palate a very present acidity, elegant with drying tannins . Very fresh fruit with vegetal and balsamic notes . Velvety and very tasty . A wine that wants to represent an austere character, like its soil, giving rise to discreet and always elegant varieties

Luis Anxo Rodriguez Vazquez, philosopher and oenologist, returned in 1988, after his studies in Madrid, to his hometown, Arnoia, Ourense, Galicia to recover native Galician varieties and make aged wines with the utmost respect for the environment within manual work and minimal intervention
