DESCRIPTION: “Vinology is a way of life and understanding wine. A concept born in 2010 from the passion for wine of its founder, Pilar Oltra and her obsession to spread its culture, diversity and richness.

From our beginnings we defend pure wines, faithful to their origin, expression of a landscape, made by producers who respect their environment and nature.

A meeting place where you can take a journey through Spain through its wines and gastronomy, exploring and discovering artisans from all over the Spanish geography.

Our experience ranges from enjoying a wine accompanied by our excellent gastronomy to workshops, thematic tastings, events and even wine sessions with live music. Because satisfying the curiosity to know, also includes knowing how to drink.”

CURIOSITIES: A small and pleasant place next to El Retiro. The owner herself, Pilar Oltra, is attentive to all the tables. When you enter it gives the feeling of being in a country house. Perfect for private and corporate events. Occasionally, live music and tastings with prominent wine figures.
