CURIOSITIES: The couple by Jose, sommelier, and Marina, chef, begins a risky adventure in the city of Vigo in 2018, after their common “Michelin” past. A cool place, converted into a mandatory stop for any self-respecting wine lover, with things that are not common in the city. An endless wine list with a strong international presence, special mention of its Burgundy selection, and a short list of delicious dishes (pay attention to the desserts). Malauva is a very cool little corner, almost hidden, with few tables, and very relaxed. Despite their short hours, no problem, Jose and Marina respect your enjoyment.
