CURIOSITIES: Recently named by the NY Times as one of the best wine bars in Madrid, La Fisna is a small corner of La Latina neighbourhood full of original, curious, and not easy to find bottles. Here you should come to try new things, unknown areas, and small producers from recognized areas. The great thing is these small and delicious dishes with this great pairing selection of wines, which you can also buy (the place started out as a wine shop). What’s not so great is that you have -every time you book- an hour and a half to enjoy the place and menu. Sharing is living, and repeat visits will be a must.
