CURIOSITIES: In the middle of Puerta de Alcalá a place with large windows and a great terrace, open since 2020, this project was born with the name of the famous beach of Santoña, from the union of Gabriela Alcorta, Basque interior designer with extensive experience in the luxury sector, and Tomás Ucha, a young Galician head sommelier, all charming and attentive, who has created a menu worthy of pilgrimage.
