Tasting notes
Brilliant ruby color with violet tones . Powerful and delicious on the nose with fresh cherry, hints of orange, and roses . In the mouth, idem, with great acidity and very delicate and present tannin; freshness and lightness with some sweet notes
Winery things
COS: initials of its founders last names, three friends, Giambattista Cilia, Giusto Occhipinti, and Cirino Strano, who in 1980 decided to honor the wine memory of their land by founding a winery that started with ecological and biodynamic practices . Zero use of fertilizers and chemical products with minimal intervention in the cellar, and since the 2000 vintage its iconic wines vinified in amphorae
