Equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, and Carignan . 14% Vol. Alc. . Vinified separately, fermentation in concrete vats, aging for 12 months in French barrels
Tasting notes
In blind tasting, it is automatically a Bordeaux teleport . Later on, a very interesting complexity appears, an elegant power of these late varieties with great concentration . Powerful and expressive nose, delicious, almost chewy . Full-bodied mouthfeel with very delicate tannins, lots of plum-like fruit and a refined spicy barrels touch

Winery things
The Hochar family, owner of Chateau Musar, within French origins, landed in Lebanon at the time of the Crusades . It was Mr. Gaston Hochar who founded the winery back in 1930, elaborating “wines with nobility” . A style of its own highly praised by the French army and closely linked to Bordeaux from its origins due to the family’s travels and tight ties, up to the current generation, with this area of France
