Viticultura y vinificación
A blend of 6 varieties: Listán Negro, Vijariego, Castellana, Negramoll, Listán Blanco, and Albillo Criollo.
A wonderfully harmonious chaos.
– Undestemmed, fermented in traditional cement and stainless steel vats.
– Aged for 12 months in used French barrels (225L and 600L), unfiltered and unclarified.
