Masterclass sessions for managers, owners, and sales directors of wineries in Castilla La Mancha region

Knowledge, strategy, and vision for wine business future

Last Friday, March 7th, the masterclass sessions “Wine Sector: Marketing, Sales, and Wine Tourism. Fundamentals, Opportunities, and Strategies” concluded, which I had the privilege of teaching at the Vine and Wine Research Center of Castilla-La Mancha (IVICAM).

Over four intense days, I shared data, analysis, experiences, and extensive practical experience with managers, owners, and commercial directors from the wine sector in a dynamic and highly participatory environment.

Throughout the course, we covered in depth:
– Key trends in sales, marketing, and wine tourism, essential for the positive evolution of the market.
– Effective strategies for national and international markets, adapted to different distribution channels.
– Successful business cases with lessons learned applicable to wineries with different profiles and business models.
– Enriching discussions and professional networking, fostering synergies and real growth opportunities.

A real, practical, and strategic approach, with tools applicable from day one.

It was a pleasure to share this space with great professionals, whose participation enriched each session. Thanks to IVICAM for their trust in WineFluencer, to each attendee for their involvement and enthusiasm, and to Castilla La Mancha Media for providing media coverage.
