CURIOSITIES: Since 2018 Pablo has run this small butter shop in the heart of Jerez with an assortment of quality products from all corners of Spain, with a focus, of course, on local products, wines, sausages and preserves. Apart from this location, Pablo doubles as Guarnidos, a space for private events with capacity for 12 people, where tastings, pairing dinners and everything that is proposed are held. You can also find him with his food truck at the events on the Cádiz coast.
