DESCRIPTION: “We are a service-oriented organisation. Our client portfolio includes the most renowned gastronomic centres, sommeliers and specialised shops. Our cultural identity is that of wine, which is why we also take care of our suppliers with rigorous respect for their personality, always collecting their wines at source and climate-controlling their storage and transport until they reach their destination. We distribute wines mainly from old Europe, where we have been able to find the greatest diversity of intentions”.
CURIOSITIES: A small space full of stories, as each winery represented by CUVÉE 3000, the distributor behind Cuvée BottleShop, has something that will make you fall in love with it. Tastings for about 12 people can be held in the shop, a very pleasant place (and its people) in the heart of the Chueca neighbourhood. Its little “hidden” room with bottles by quotas, perfectly arranged in museum mode, is pure fantasy.
