DESCRIPTION: “Restaurant and wine museum. In every corner of a bottle of wine resides the history that made it possible. A family trip. That of Mariano Conde Caballero and Moisesa Camazón Benito, authors of the first letters. Their honeymoon is the first chapter. They arrived in Santander from the province of Valladolid, newly united, and chose to stay forever. Selling everything and starting from scratch in a new home in the Spain of 1949. They started up a business that fully influenced their son Andrés, determined to give shape to his paragraph of the text. To leave his stamp. He gave it a twist and made his idea a reality: the search for the best product for his pantry and, above all, for a winery that gained references, accents and fame. Until it became a museum full of flavors from the best vineyards and also of curiosities from all over the world, with more than 10,000 examples. A formula now in the hands of Andrés and his brother Juan Conde Laya, in charge of taking care of a heritage of traditions and passion for gastronomy, without losing the train of the times.

A family restaurant, with that traditional and trustworthy atmosphere. With an open kitchen and a decoration based on wine bottles that covers every corner of walls and ceilings. At the entrance, high tables for tapas -they have an enviable selection of cheeses-, at the back open kitchen and tables for lunch or dinner all together, as a family.
