Knowledge, strategy, and vision for wine business future
Last Friday, March 7th, the masterclass sessions “Wine Sector: Marketing, Sales, and Wine Tourism. Fundamentals, Opportunities, and Strategies” concluded, which I had the privilege of teaching at the Vine and Wine Research Center of Castilla-La Mancha (IVICAM).
Over four intense days, I shared data, analysis, experiences, and extensive practical experience with managers, owners, and commercial directors from the wine sector in a dynamic and highly participatory environment.
Throughout the course, we covered in depth:
– Key trends in sales, marketing, and wine tourism, essential for the positive evolution of the market.
– Effective strategies for national and international markets, adapted to different distribution channels.
– Successful business cases with lessons learned applicable to wineries with different profiles and business models.
