Viticulture and vinification
100% Manzoni Bianco . 12.50% Vol. Alc. . This minority variety was obtained through a crossing of Riesling x Chardonnay according to the latest DNA analysis, by the Italian professor Luigi Manzoni at the beginning of the 20th century . 25-year-old vineyard in the Dolomite mountains, declared a Human World Heritage, on clay-calcareous soil
Fermentation with the skins in concrete tanks . Aged for 12 months in acacia barrel . Minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentation, without filtering or clarifying

Pale lemon yellow color . Jasmine, lemon, apple and wet stones aromas . In the mouth, minerality, lots of citrus and stone fruit like peach and apricot . Tasty, refreshing, full-bodied and very well balanced acidity
