LA VEREMA DEL CAVA – BODEGUES SUMARROCA

The grape harvest is the most magical time of the year for a winery. The smells of the must, the fermentations… A world of aromatic and taste sensations! In this unique afternoon, we will go to the winery and we will visit the winery with a tasting of must and wines from the vats at different stages of fermentation. We will also enjoy a tasting of 3 very special products from our winery. We will continue with a dinner-snack outdoors, on our terrace, overlooking the vineyards. The dinner will consist of 8 tapas made with km.0 products and Simón Coll carquinyolis and chocolate, coffees and teas. The dishes will be accompanied with Sumarroca wine and cava (and must for those who wish). The evening will be enlivened by a concert with live music and will be conducted by our sommelier Mercè Sumarroca. We wait for you!
